Amazing food! Great quality and fair price to portion size and wonderful staff ❤️
This place has some of the best pho in town. I took my Vietnamese grandmother here once and she said it was remarkably close to the food "back home". I think that says it all right there.
The tall young Asian waiter treated me and my husband like he didn't want our business. We are black. The food was very good though! We will not be returning nor recommending the restaurant.
Manager at Jsv auto down the street from them on menual. We order some food to find out we got the wrong items and employees said there's nothing they can do poor customer service
Great food at low prices. Almost everything on the menu is under $10 and you wont leave hungry. Service is very good as well!
Been coming here for about 10 yrs now,my favorite place to eat.😁I always get #68 fried rice w/ chicken,my husband gets #28 Pho w/shrimp & 2 spring rolls comes with peanut sauce, very good sauce, best I've had.Everything we see looks very delicious on the menu. Here at Viet Taste u will get GREAT customer service & good food! 😚
Viet Taste has made me a repeat customer, hearty flavorful portions, I enjoy the Pho soup. Viet Taste always seems to have a steady flow of patrons. Friendly staff and a clean establishment.
Passing through Albuquerque to get some new tires with my family and found this Vietnamese restaurant out of the blue. Decor of the restaurant was very nice and warming. Food was delicious, phò was not too bad as I had better. Staff was really nice and took good care of my family. Price is reasonable. Restroom was clean😁. I will come back when I am back in the neighborhood.
The food is delicious! We always receive great service when we are here! I love to get the beef fried rice and spring rolls. The staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend
Very comfortable environment! The Pho is the best in the city and the service is immaculate! The downfall is the parking area. It seems like they striped the parking spaces themselves; the parking spaces are not proportionate. Other than the parking, VERY GOOD!
Excellent service and great food!
I have been here twice. The clay pot was outstanding. It had a lot of veggies and plenty of protein. I really loved it. I also got the spicy pho. It was not all that spicy but it was delicious. I just added more spice myself. The the thai tea was extraordinary. It was busy both time I was there. The service was pretty good as well.
We were a group of 23 and they brought the food in a very reasonable time. Our waitress was very attentive and never lost her smile on her face. I ordered a combination plate (I guess # 98) and it was very delicious!!
Albuquerque is fortunate to have a relatively large Vietnamese population, which is awesome if you love Vietnamese food! Viet Taste is my favorite of the many, many Vietnamese restaurants in town. The place is quite nice, and the food is inexpensive and excellent! My only beef is that we sometimes have a hard time getting our drinks refilled....
This place is an awesome option for Vietnamese food. It is very good and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is also good.
Always love eating here. Food is really good, nice environment especially after the remodel. And the price is crazy good! One of the best spots for me and my lady.
Excellent customer service, fast and always friendly.👍 Food is ALWAYS so fresh & delicious!!
If you haven't been here go this place is amazing. Easily one of the top 10 in if not a top five.
The food and the people are just absolutely wonderful. Just a few short nights ago, we had one of THOSE moments during our night out to family dinner. About 10 minutes after getting our food, my toddler began vomiting right in the middle of the restaurant without any signals or warning. The staff was more than kind to us. They helped us pack up our food, gather our things, and cleaned up after us without one single complaint or dirty look. This experience was a first for me, so it was so wonderful to not be shamed or made to feel uncomfortable in a situation like this. They were only concerned that she was okay and that we were taken care of. I can't say thank you enough and I will continue to recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Friends brings us here as they come in monthly. Foods are all great and it is hard to get wrong. I like the pho/noodles. The environment is peace and clean too. Service was warm and considerable. Price is reasonable. Will go again!
Most authentic Vietnamese restaurant I found in town... Very tasty. The service is excellent and very fast. The restaurant is also extremely clean.
Amazing Vietnamese food. Great prices. Very friendly staff. Try their avocado shake for a rare treat!
Avoid this place at all costs! Very poor quality experience across the board. Multiple items in our takeout order were forgotten (we had to go back in to get them) and upon getting home we found a long black hair in my pho noodles. Neither my wife or I have this color hair so it’s definitely not ours.My wife said that her food (stir fry with lemon grass) was bland, and both of our iced coffees tasted old.The owner was exceptionally rude and hard to deal with when we called them back seeking a refund. Clearly does not have any consideration for trying to provide a good quality product or experience. I can’t imagine somewhere that treats its customers like this will last long into the future. There are so many good Vietnamese places in Albuquerque who value their customers - please frequent them instead!
My favorite restaurant in Albuquerque. Affordable, delicious, and big portions. Very quick service too.
One of my favorite Vietnamese, if not my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Albuquerque! They never disappoint.
Viet Taste is the best Vietnamese Restaurant in Albuquerque! Their food and staff are amazing! Marylyn is so kind and courteous. It is obvious that they take great pride in their food quality and customer service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone!
Its a great date spot, or just bringing the family. My girlfriend's family has been coming here for years, and the staff always greets them with a warm welcome. The inside has grown and been updated over the years and looks amazing! Delicious food, helpful staff, and a reasonable prices.
Amazing food, amazing service, authentic Vietnamese food. I've never had any real Vietnamese and I was impressed. Pork cake was good, salad was tasty and awesome, rice patties are bomb, meat on point.
We went in late but the service was as if they just opened for the day. Fantastic food and a big plus, no basil or mint in the spring rolls. Big thumbs up.
Service was outstanding!! A little longer than expected but we'll worth the wait the waitress that took my order was curtious and polight. With the food coming out looking and tasting fantastic I'll be back for sure!
What a surprising gem. Who knew there could be such a classy place in Albuquerque hidden in a shopping strip. And why did I just find out about it? The food was stellar and menu prices amazing. The interior was contemporary minimalist but warm and cozy feeling. Clientele had hipsters, couples, professionals and friends. Love this place!
Clay pot is what I always go with here!
Viet Taste is a popular meal spot at lunch, when we ate - expect about a 10 minute wait at this affordable restaurant with nothing over 10$ on the menu. It was packed Noon to 1PM with a waiting list. The Udon had a good broth at $7.50 but the server forgot the Chicken Roll appetizers. Vegetarians and vegans may have difficulty separating fish sauce from their meals, so make the request for no fish sauce. "V. Taste" as it's also known has been serving Albuquerque for over 5 years, with a helpful staff and casual dining room good for groups and children.
Always a great experience...great food, great service and a good price... awesome staff...
Food is delish... Made to order. Hot tea is flavorful. Great place to take your family. Price is dead on. I would most def recommend this place.
I've always had good experiences here and have never had any ill effects nor bad service. The place does seem to fill up rather quickly so there's always the possibility that things may fall apart as in any place. Overall a nice casual restaurant with great decor and consistent food.
Staff was rude i had a stain on my cup amd asked if i could get another one amd the lady made a big deal about it and while i was asking about the food seemed like she just wanted me to hurry and order. Poor service.
Generous portions of delicious Vietnamese foods. Pleasant atmosphere and good waitstaff. Music was boring and repetitive. Nice place.
This is the best Vietnamese food in Albuquerque. I won’t go anywhere else when I want a bowl of bun bo hue.
Great food and very economic price. Best Vietnamese food in town
I'm a bit partial because pho is my favorite food group. There are other classic Vietnamese dishes as well but I always get the combination beef beef noodle soup and add all the fixings and make it extra hot and a side of rice to taste with. I really like that they have cilantro (coriander) I'm they flavorings. The only thing I wish they had in the combination beef would be tripe but other than that a perfect meal. Last visit was on a Tuesday night and had to wait 15-20 for a table so I think the work is spreading I would definitely recommend and we'll be back 🍜🍜
Clean and nice inside. Quick service, even when it seemed busy. Delicious stir fry noodles. Inexpensive. Most entrees were between 8 and 10 dollars. The spring rolls weren't very big and were somewhat bland.
Good food but they did not give us utensils.
My friend hadn't been here so I decided to give this a second try. We walked in and was seated at a table. A few minutes later, we were asked to move to another table because there was a larger group coming to dine and the staff wanted to put the tables together. However, that table was never put together so we were wondering why we were asked to move at the first place. The food came out very quickly, which was nice. However, the taste was so-so. I ordered the pho but the soup was warm and had mild taste. The noodles stuck together which indicated that the noodles had been cooked beforehand and was reheated with the hot soup. The spring rolls were fresh but the dipping sauce was watery. After the food arrived for 15 minutes or so. We were given the check! We didn't ask for it though. Would I recommend this place to my friends? Probably I will but may be down the list.
The food is great and the atmosphere is very pleasant. In addition, the prices are more than reasonable for most army budget. My one issue, and it is not the fault of the restaurant, is that when we were in the noise level was very high and made conversations difficult.
The best vegetarian options! The best Vietnamese cuisine we've had. The staff is very kind and good to each other. Great vibes all around. We are grateful for the experience.... thank you all 😊🌻🌞🌻
Food was delicious and beautiful! Service was painfully slow until it was time for the bill. I will go back for the food but so glad this wasn't my first visit or I would not be able to overlook the snail pace.
My family and I use to love this place! We ordered a carry out order. Got our usual egg noodle soups, which comes with a side of veggies to mix in. Found a folded up straw wrapper tucked midway in the veggies. Now either a staff member thought it was ok to put trash inside our veggies.... OR (the most disgusting and what I believe happened) a guests at a table put it there, the veggies were recycled and placed in our to go food. The thought of a complete stranger touching what we had already eaten is disgusting . Sadly we will never return. Such a shame.
Awesome service and good food!
You simply will not find better tasting viestnamese food at a better price. The service is so/so, sometimes it takes a while for the waiter to come by and check on your table, but the food and its price easily makes up for it. It also comes in a pretty high quantity so you'll usually have food to pack up and eat as lunch the next day. I get the #62 and #54, alternate every time I visit. Can't go wrong with either one.
